Recycled Plastic moulded products
are manufactured from domestic and industrial waste
previously disposed of in landfill.
New technology allows the production of high
quality, cost effective recycled plastic products with a
surface finish and structural integrity which is far
superior to any similar products manufactured in
Australia or elsewhere.
Recycled Plastic is a totally effective
material when used as a replacement for timber in
situations where rot caused by constant dampness and
fungal and insect attack are major problems.
These products have been installed in cave
systems, rainforest areas and on public jetties with
remarkable success.
The compound used in these situations is a
combination of recycled plastic and recycled
liquidpaperboard (the paper/plastic laminate used to form
milk cartons and other liquid containers).
This mixture has
been demonstrated to impart the stiffness and strength
required in public area use and is particularly useful

The system illustrated is a new
concept in traffic control systems and allows
complex arrangements to be put in place at very
low cost. The surface profile presents an obvious
barrier to indicate desired traffic direction,
but accidental impact will not result in vehicle
damage or the vehicle being diverted back into
the traffic flow. The system is light weight and
can be easily installed by one person.

Wheel
stops are made from recycled plastic and recycled
fillers,give a strong, lightweight unit which can
be used in carparks to prevent damage to walls,
garden beds or other vehicles. One length weighs
10 Kg which makes installation a one person task
without the risk of injury and significantly
reduces installation costs. The low height
(100mm) prevents damage to modern low slung
vehicles.

Speed
Humps

The speed hump, made from recycled
plastic and recycled filler, is slightly
flexible, allowing the unit to conform to the
road camber and minor surface irregularities. The
item weighs 18 Kg and can easily be installed by
one person. Dimensions are 1.5Metres long x 300mm
x 55mm high. They are available in grey, yellow
or black.

bollards can be machined to give a heritage

Marker Posts

designed to be used as information markers in
gardens and on walking tracks, the signs are
inserted into a recess in the marker. The large
hole moulded into the lower part of the post
makes it extremely difficult to remove once
